Mayors are free from micromanagement at the county level, given that no laws are broken and the rights of others are not impinged upon. We place incredible weight on the legacy we leave behind, and we believe that this legacy should be founded upon the quality of actions and the strength of our character.  Intrigue and violence are but small aspects of this world – and we believe that our energies would be much better spent on endeavors that will propel Mann forward, rather than destroy it.
